Lil Toe - Our Easy & Fair Return Policy

At Lil Toe, we are committed to ensuring you and your little one are delighted with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help make it right.

We have a 7-day replacement/return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or return.

 

An Unboxing Video is a Must for All Claims

To protect our customers from any transit damages and to ensure a quick and easy claim process, a clear unboxing video is required to be eligible for any replacement or return. Please make sure the video shows the unopened package, the shipping label, and the entire unboxing process clearly.

CLAIMS WITHOUT AN UNBOXING VIDEO WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 

Eligibility for a Replacement or Return

To be eligible for a replacement or return, please ensure that:

  • You have a clear unboxing video as proof.

  • Your item is in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

We Accept Returns Under the Following Conditions:

We only accept returns if the product you received:

  • Is in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Is missing parts or accessories.

  • Is a different product than the one you ordered.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact us at support@liltoe.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and the mandatory unboxing video.

  2. Wait for Approval: We will review your request. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Ship the Item: Please send the item back as per our instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. We provide refunds within 3-5 working days to your original payment method, UPI, or bank account.
