Frequently asked questions

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most serviceable areas across India. Please note that a flat handling fee of ₹9.90 is applied to all COD orders.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at utkarshgami01@gmail.com. We can modify or cancel orders as long as they have not yet been shipped/dispatched from our facility. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. The delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 2 - 4 business days
Rest of India: 4 - 7 business days
Remote Areas: 7 - 10 business days

We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid and cash-on-delivery orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS with a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website. You can use this to track your package's journey to your doorstep.

We offer a 7-day return policy, effective from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at utkarshgami01@gmail.com
